License Agreement YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.   SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may permanently transfer all your rights under this End-User License Agreement, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and this End-User License Agreement, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this End-User License Agreement.   GRANT OF LICENSE This License allows you to install and use the Software on less than or upto the number of computers you have purchased the License for. If you purchased one License , you may use the Software on only one machine at a time. If you purchased many Licenses for more than one License, you are allowed to install the Software on "N" Computers where "N" is the number of licenses purchased. If you purchased the Developer License, you can integrate the corresponding SOFTWARE into your developed software and redistribute it to all your customers with royalty-free. If the SOFTWARE contains source codes, you have the right to modify and reuse the codes.   LIABILITY We try to keep our SOFTWARE PRODUCT as bug free as possible. However, it is a general rule, that no software is ever error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the program. We cannot guarantee that this SOFTWARE PRODUCT will run in every environment, on any Windows compatible machine, or together with any other application, without producing errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied. In no event will MGOSOFT Computer Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. In any case, the liability is limited to the registration fee. Please evaluate this SOFTWARE PRODUCT with not critical data. Should you detect errors before registration, the user accepts the SOFTWARE PRODUCT errors after registration. Any description of SOFTWARE PRODUCT errors will be accepted, but we cannot guarantee that the errors can be corrected.   Definitions of End User Licenses Single Personal User License Under one Single Personal User License, you can only use the corresponding SOFTWARE for private non-commercial use on exactly one personal computer. Single Commercial User License Under one Single Commercial User License, you can use the corresponding SOFTWARE for commercial use on exactly one computer. Server License Under one Server License, you can use the corresponding SOFTWARE on exactly one server computer that offers service to clients. If the SOFTWARE contains source codes, you have the right to modify and reuse the codes under the Server License. Developer License Under one Developer License, you can integrate the corresponding SOFTWARE into your developed software and redistribute it with royalty-free.
